WORKSKILL BRANDING
WorkSkill is company by ISGF focused on providing recruiting and staffing services in industries like construction, warehouse, assembly, and hospitality. The brand came to be out of the need of targeting a new target audience and separating the new recruiting services from what the ISGF brand is known and focused on.
PROBLEM
ISGF is a recruiting firm know for providing staffing solutions in white collar fields. Yet, it decided to venture into recruiting for blue collar industries. This meant finding a way to instill trust and communicate with a completely different audience that the ISGF brand did not priorly nurture.
SOLUTION
The solution was to develop a whole new brand focused on targeting this new audience. Unlike ISGF WorkSkill communicates to blue collar industries through relatable imagery, design, and language. Yet, WorkSkill still maintains similarities with ISGF in strategic design choices, voice, and tone to not completely separate itself from its roots.
